We are a busy Indian restaurant in Ryde looking for a full time curry chef. The candidate should have good knowledge of North Indian cuisine along with South Indian and sweets. Should have at least 1 year experience as a chef or a cook in an Indian restaurant. Should be able to work full time; afternoons and evenings. Should be able to look after the kitchen and inventory. Should be creative and also adjustable with the current working techniques and environment. Should be quick and energetic.
