Karuna Montessori, a small community-run preschool on the Northern Beaches, is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to support the Principal and the Board with the running of the school for an immediate start.
In this role, you will look after inquiries from prospective parents and manage relationships with current parents. The role also includes general administrative duties, managing policies and procedures, and helping to manage funding processes. You would also assist with promoting the school through our website and social media channels, and coordinate events including open days and working bees. A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role required. In return for your commitment, we offer an environment that includes a close-knit community and passionate educators.
