‘Sustained talks led to agreement’: India and China agree to pull back troops at border

Defence minister Rajnath Singh tells Indian parliament an agreement has been reached over Pangong Tso, a glacial lake at 4,270 metres, after several rounds of talks between military commanders and diplomats.
