I have 1 large furnished Room available for Indian Students or Indian Residents in a very quiet area.
Room would suit 2 students who share and pay $110 each (total rent $220) or one Indian temporary or permanent resident for who rents rhe whole room for $190.
10 minutes walk to strathfield train station.
Currently there are 3 Indian students staying in the 3 bedroom house.
Must be vegetarian strictly (egg is ok but strictly no non-vegetarian food in the house).
No loud music/no
